The Longest Mondays of My Life

Entry #123

I thought about writing an interesting entry and I figured, writing about my Mondays would be kind of funny. Why? Because it's quite long and I hope you understand why after I'm done. Okay... so the routine day of Monday starts at 0630hours with the sound of 3 Doors Down rocking away. I usually wake up at about "Let Me Be Myself" which the 4th song in the album. I didn't know that until I wrote this (I think that's pretty damn good). Of course, the only reason why I wake up is probably the annoying backup of my cell phone beeping away at my ear). Get up and do what I do, wash my hair/brush my teeth/drink a bit of coffee and eat my peanut butter sandwich while driving on the way to school. When I arrive, I usually park on the side of the road, I've found that it is easier to get out of school, but that should really matter cause I've got massive amounts of time. I enter my class (Econ 101), it's a really big lecture hall with... it was newly built and the professor has asked that we do not drink Coke or any other beverage. I kind of sit in the back, cause it's always been a habit of mine which I think I should break soon. The professor lectures for about 50 minutes and we are out of class. I usually spend about an hour in the school library where I re-write my notes after I'm done with that, I read a book or maybe the chapter he went over. After the hour, I go to McDonald's to get my Iced Latte and I go to work. I usually like it when it's just an ordinary day where nothing happens, where I'm just happily helping someone with an issue they have trying to figure out how to do something. After work, I go to have some lunch so that I have energy for my next class. I got lucky cause I didn't have to change anything... everything just fit in beautiful into my schedule. I usually have something unhealthy for lunch because well... it's cheap, efficient and well simply. So I go back to school to have my Ancient Egypt (walk into class and you'll hear the unfamiliar music of Egypt). The class is pretty big, I sit in the back and I've got a feeling that I'm going to be watching lots and lots of movies to see what Ancient Egypt looked like back in Ancient times. This class is a bit longer and we do get a break, in which I just sit in my chair and look over my notes and wait for class to start again. I've always felt this way about class... I much rather just have the class straight through and get to go home earlier than having a 15 minute break because it's boring. I'll probably find something to do, maybe I'll look over the text and write myself some notes. After class is over, I usually have a feeling of tiredness run through my veins in which I get up and move around (in the general area of Best Buy). I usually don't go there to buy anything... more like I got there to stretch my legs and just walk around and do something mindless. When it reaches about 2015hours, I start to head back to the Library to meet up with David/Kyle to go to the Olde Ship. By this time, I'm probably dead tired and my body just feels like it can't move anymore (exaggeration). Actually... the whole purpose of getting through the day is for the big payoff at the end of the day, when I get just relax and talk to Mr. Blackthorn/Mr. Guinness. I really enjoy Operation: Olde Ship and the reason why it started as a funny story to it. I've been thinking about a couple of things... the number one thing is, I thinking about getting a laptop because I really don't spend that much time at home and I re-write my notes and I also type them up so that on Exam day I could print it out and read it over. The second thing is that I drink soo many AMPs during the course of the day, I'll probably end up killing myself from it. So... basically, monday might be the longest day of the week, actually I think it's the busiest day of the week. I just hope that my brain isn't activate during my time at Best Buy so I don't end up buying anything. Oh... yeah, on my walk to my first class, you'll probably hear me listening to "Best of You" by Foo Fighters because that song is just awesome.
